About the Role: An international retail technology vendor is looking for an Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL) Sales Manager to join its Moscow team. This is a new position created for business growth, offering the opportunity to build and develop the ESL direction in the Russian market with strong support from the local team and global headquarters. Key Responsibilities: • Drive sales of Electronic Shelf Label (ESL) solutions in Russia • Develop relationships with retail chains, system integrators and partners • Manage the full sales cycle • Work closely with the Sales Manager(Russia) on planning and key opportunities • Coordinate with headquarters (China) on pricing, technical topics and approvals • Handle customer inquiries and quotes and contact customers in a timely and accurate manner • Assist customers in marketing activities and market development • Monitor market trends, competitors and customer needs • Achieve annual sales targets (KPI) and support long-term market growth Mandatory Requirements: Experience in B2B sales in retail in one or more of the following areas: ESL / Retail IT / AutoID / Software / CAM / AM Fluent English (spoken and written) Native Russian Residence in Moscow • Ability to work independently and take ownership of results • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills Nice to Have: Direct experience selling ESL solutions Background with technology vendors or manufacturers Understanding of retail store operations Chinese language skills What we offer: • Long-term contract-based cooperation with a large, stable international vendor • Competitive compensation: Fixed monthly payment, Annual KPI-based bonus, Bonus multipliers for overachievement • Clear opportunity for income and role growth • Full onboarding, product training and ongoing support • International business travel (China, USA, Europe) • Small local team with a friendly atmosphere and low bureaucracy • Hybrid working format[*147703*]
